Return and Exchange Policies
We go to great lengths to try and ensure that all products are perfect in quality and workmanship. If however you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, here are the guidelines.
We offer free exchanges and you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that there will be a re-finishing and re-stocking charge which is calculated at 15% of the original pre-tax price of the item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- If the item appears blemished or damaged, please take a picture highlighting your concern and email it to email@example.com
- Explain the reason for the return, exchange or refund.
- Ship the item to 110-1827 Woodward Drive, Ottawa, ON K2C 0P9
- Your refund will be processed on the same business day that the returned item is received.
- If you have signified your intent to return an item, please do not be concerned if the item doesn't reach us strictly within 14 days.
- As real people we're reasonable, realistic and flexible within reason. We're also very easy to deal with and will try our utmost to rectify any issues that you may have in a timeous and expedient manner.
- In the case of a return, we will notify you of the re-stocking charge which will be subtracted from your refund prior to processing the transaction.
- Unfortunately we can not assume liability for items which go missing in the mail. It would be prudent to ship the item with a signature required by receiver.
